DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS 

Due to the nature of custom products, digital downloads, and gift cards, such products are not subject to refunds or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SHIPPING is provided by UPS, USPS, and FedEx.  All domestic shipments are sent via USPS First Class, UPS, and FedEx (depending on weight and size) and include delivery confirmation, which the customer agrees is acceptable determination of shipment delivery and receipt by customer.  Flat Rate shipping can take anywhere from 5-15 days depending on location and postal volumes.

*Free Shipping will be sent by the cheapest shipping method (when free shipping is offered). You are welcome to pay for a faster shipping method if you choose.

​RETURN POLICY
 
Our goal at Black Girl Hug LLC is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
 
In case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Black Girl Hug LLC from shipping on a scheduled date the customer will get a full refund of their purchase, if applicable.  No refund will be given under any circumstances if the customer fails to recieve items on the day and at the time listed, when the delivery was scheduled.
 
Due to the nature of online stores and the fact that customized merchandise  once sent, cannot be returned or refunded; Black Girl Hug LLC has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.  Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and paid for the item and then Black Girl Hug LLC sent the buyer the correct items) it is then considered non-refundable.  If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect item, he/she must notify Black Girl Hug LLC, before receiving the “incorrect” item.   Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking an item”, selecting an incorrect item after the buyer has already received the item, or any other reason.  If a mistaken item is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice/receipt, Black Girl Hug LLC will send the correct item to the customer free of charge.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY 
 
Due to the custom pre-designed nature of these items, there are no refunds on any order.  All items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

 

• A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it is received.

• Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received),

• Or in the event that the order was erroneously processed such as an error was made on the size of the item or color/style, compared to the original recorded order, incorrect item or size of item.

 
POLICIES
 
All products are subject to state sales tax and shipping when applicable.  Due to the nature of custom items, all sales are final.  Black Girl Hug LLC does, of course guarantees that the items the customer receive meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the customer to approve designs and custom work before orders are sent to our labs.  Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed.  Shirts and products arrive 1-2.5 weeks after payment is received.   Rush shipment is available on some items for an additional charge.  All rates are subject to change at any time.  All rates are non-negotiable unless ordered through a special promotion.
